By your continued access of this Website and its resources, you have agreed to be bound by these terms.

About Mubbi

Mubbi provides a complete e-commerce platform that enables users to carry out commerce activities — from building online stores to managing products, inventory, payments, fulfillment, and marketing.

The Administrator itself is not an importer, manufacturer, distributor, or seller of any item. The actual sale and purchase contracts are entered into directly between users. Mubbi simply provides users with an opportunity to communicate and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.

2. Usage & Account Registration

To access and use most of our services, you must register for a Mubbi Account.

  • •You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
  • •You must provide your full legal name, business address, phone number, and a valid email address.
  • •You may create an Account as an individual or as an authorized representative of a company.
  • •You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit on our website. You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities on our website.

4. Content Listing Conditions

When listing items for sale on your e-shop, you agree to the following:

Ads' Placement Policy

Sellers must follow these guidelines when uploading items:

→Sell only genuine and original items
→State prices clearly including taxes
→Disclose item condition (new, used, refurbished)
→Avoid prohibited or recalled items
→Respect intellectual property rights
→Maintain open communication with buyers

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly forbidden:

✕Illegal drugs
✕Adult content
✕Child exploitation materials
✕IP-infringing items
✕Poached wildlife products

✕Prescription drugs

Penalties range from temporary to permanent suspension of accounts.

5. Purchase Conditions

  • •You are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy.

6. Payments & Payment Terms

Transactions are facilitated by designated payment channels with credit/debit cards. Mubbi offers secure payment methods to protect your financial information.

→Payment must be made in full at time of purchase.
→Accepted: credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers.
→Prices are in the seller's local currency.
→Discounts must be applied at purchase time.
→Orders ship only after payment is processed.
→Payment disputes: contact customer service.
→No payment data is stored on our website.
→Payment terms may change without prior notice.

7. Cancellation, Refund & Return

  • •Refunds and returns are facilitated by the Mubbi team.
  • •Upon completion of payment, an order cannot be cancelled.
  • •Sellers can create automated rules for replacements, returns, and refunds.
  • •Buyers can get their money back if an item did not arrive, is faulty, or damaged.
  • •We may suspend pending returns or refunds if abuse is detected.

9. Termination, Changes & Governing Law

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria.
